- Yes it will run just nicely, I have the previous Imac and it's runs GTA IV all maxed out on 2560x1440, no problem. I expect that GTA V will be better optimized then IV so you should be good. Make you Imac dualboot tho, don't use Parallel Desktop or something as it just performs poorly with games.
